| The SystemC class library for C++ provides designers with the simulation performance and abstract modeling capabilities needed to effectively model and verify large systems. Specifically, writing models at the transaction level provides a design team with an executable platform for: A) early software development on the target architecture; B) early verification of architecture; and C) consistent verification throughout hardware refinement.
This tutorial will introduce the existing capabilities of SystemC 2.0 for describing systems at the transaction level as well as new verification extensions from the Open SystemC Initiative. |
