Mr. Sutherland holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with an emphasis in Electronic Engineering Technology from Weber State University (Ogden, Utah) and Franklin Pierce College (Nashua, New Hampshire).

Prior to their merger with Synopsys in 1997, Ms. Josselyn held various marketing positions with EPIC Design Technology. Ms. Josselyn holds a Marketing Management degree from New Mexico State University.
